WTH is that, a FPS Castlevania game? How do I play that?
Looks cool, but if the first game is simply the equivalent of the crash mode of the old burnout games I'll pass and wait for the second one with actual arcade racing. I just hope those games will come closer to being faithful facsimiles of Burnout than Gravel was of the Motorstorm games, because those were letdowns in that respect.
Damn, I barely got to play it online, as it was one of those Sony exclusives back then (2011-2012) that came with a code to unlock its online part, and I bought my copy pretty late, so it was second hand, and I couldn't justify paying 10€/$ for it when it was that late and the servers of several first-party titles were being shut down.
I just hope they're not going to do the same with Warhawk...
It's nothing short of a marvel how devs managed to make titles like the Uncharted trilogy, Killzone 2 & 3, Wipeout HD, Gran Turismo 5 & 6 and all the other third-party titles, with the ridiculously miniscule amount of RAM found in those systems.
And that's only for part 1 of the game, which may be comprised of 3? 4? parts? To think I bought a PS4 Pro partly (but essentially for) that game, and it may not even come to the PS4 at all and be directly ported to the PS5 only is... it feels like a gyp, if it turns out I'm right. Yup.
LOL :D
That looks great. I hope it'll land on the PS4 at some point.
I really dislike the fact that they went back to a fictional worldmap like the previous games before the ones last gen, but I 'm still looking forward to giving it a try. If only we could have missions in space like in Ace Combat 3 on the PS1...
I know the Xbox has its advantages over the Playstation, but I just can't wrap my head around why being able to record your favorite TV program on your Xbox console is considered one. Look, I don't know how it works with ISPs in America, but in Europe you'll get to see unicorns peacefully grazing in the field and occasionally mounting each other while chewing on mandrake roots and singing "Puff the magic dragon" a capella while you drive past, before you can ever find on...
It looks astoundingly good. It's crazy how in just a few games Quantic Dream has become one of the cream of the crop as far as graphics are concerned!
The original game didn't have 2 campaigns but 4 though...
They could've had it as a new game + perk though.I doubt it would've been much more work. Oh well.
I wonder if there's any chance we'll get a RE 3 Nemesis remake on this gen of consoles?
LOL, 3 years later it is FINALLY in development and not at a conceptual stage anymore? Are they f**kin' kiddin'???
They announced that game for the PS4 for Pete's sake! I want it on my PS4 Pro, I'm not buying another system to play it! F**k you Square-Enix!
Flawed masterpiece, but masterpiece nonetheless.
Well, no, MGS1 came out in 1998 and MGS4 in 2008, and we're in 2018. As a matter of fact exactly as much time has passed, 10 years precisely.
I started replaying it the other day, the game has aged a bit graphically for the environments, but the characters and weapons modelization is still top notch, and I can still watch all of the cutscenes without skipping any of them, since they're so well made. It's pretty linear and (purposely, for the sake of the MGS trad...

You know, that's interesting, you've just brought up something that's very symptomatic of the times we live in: we have NEVER seen Nathan Drake kiss Chloe or Elena before, yet it's no problem apparently to show two lesbians kiss in a videogame in 2018. Straight couple, noooo, never, even if they're husby & wifey like Drake & Elena are in Uncharted 4, but lesbians no problem! Heck I even got a week ban from Sony for posting screenshots of some of my very private &qu...
The good thing about having a 3D game with polygons is that you can do whatever you want with it, y'know, like have fixed camera angles. The same cannot be said if it were the opposite of course, you can't magically transform the REmake's 2D assets in 3D, lol.
Fingers crossed for an option to play New Game + with the legacy fixed camera angles, but I'm not holding my breath. But this needs to be done. And also an FPS view with the New Game ++
The dudes from Capcom need to come in here and read this.
I'm not quite sure what Dolby Vision is, but at least on the Xbox side they receive updates that bring them new features, not like on Sony's Playstation 4...
